A clear purpose.

The early list

We save the email address and product interests you choose, along with the time you joined. New signups receive a confirmation email and join the list only after confirming. We send one welcome email and occasional product news or testing invitations. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Joining does not guarantee access or a release date. We do not sell the list or use it for third-party advertising. Project and contact submissions do not subscribe you.

Contact messages

We save your name, email address and message so the team can read and respond. If you send a website or app enquiry, this includes the business name, budget, timeline and project details you choose to share. The forms are stored in our website’s Supabase project and are accessible through our private Studio. The full submission is emailed to KITTY CORP’s Gmail inbox through Google’s email service, and we email you an acknowledgement. We also receive a daily activity report. If email or reporting fails, the submission stays available for recovery.

For new contact and project form submissions, temporary copies are eligible for database removal after at least 72 hours, and only after both required emails and the daily report have been accepted. The Gmail copies remain subject to Google’s retention and your mailbox settings. Project quotes, payments, customer account records and reviews have separate purposes and are not removed by this temporary-data cleanup. Older form records are preserved for review rather than deleted automatically.

Appointment requests

When you ask for a conversation, we save your preferred local date and time, time zone and topic with your contact details in the private inbox and email notification flow. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking; we reply to arrange one.

Visitor reviews

Reviews submitted through our contact form stay private in Studio and email. Sending a review does not automatically publish it. We ask for permission before using your words and name on the public website.

Payments and contributions

The payment provider you choose — Razorpay, PayPal or Cashfree — processes your payment details. Our server stores order and payment references, amount, currency, purpose, environment and verification status in a private payment ledger. Project references are included in payment orders. Cashfree checkout also shares the email and phone number you enter with Cashfree. Voluntary contributions are separate from project payments and product access. Pages marked Test mode do not charge real money.

Product accounts and access

KITTY AI memberships use the KITTY AI service and its Firebase customer account. Signing in to a customer account does not grant Studio access. Verified product purchases and usage allowances are managed by the separate KITTY AI backend. LISA reservations use a separate flow. Reservation and payment availability depend on the published plan and server-side payment configuration. A reservation or payment does not automatically activate the LISA application; its data handling is described under LISA preorders below.

Abuse prevention and hosting

Our form service creates a keyed hash of the request’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. Form records store this hash, rather than a raw IP address. Our hosting and database providers may process IP addresses and request information in their operational logs.

KITTY AI website guide

If you use the website assistant, your question and a limited number of recent messages are sent through our website server to KITTY AI’s Cloudflare AI service. This helps it answer using published KITTY CORP information. The website does not save the conversation to your KITTY AI app account or read its private memories. Chat history stays in the current browser session’s memory and clears when you refresh or start a new conversation.

Please do not send passwords, financial details or other private information. We keep a keyed visitor hash and usage counters to limit abuse; website counters expire after a day and the separate AI service’s counters are removed after seven days. Provider operational logs may have separate retention. Studio instructions adjust the assistant’s responses; they do not train model weights.

Project quotes and payments

Project briefs create a private quote record for the KITTY team. Your quote link is a private access link; anyone with it can view its scope and payment status, so keep it to yourself. It does not reveal your email or permit changes to your approved price. We store project payment references and verified provider transaction IDs, not card details. Prices are charged in the currency stated at checkout. Local-currency figures are reference estimates; your bank’s rate and fees may differ.

You can optionally ask KITTY AI to refine your project description. Only the description and service choice are sent for that analysis, not the contact fields in the form. We remember your chosen display currency in local browser storage.

Customer accounts

Google sign-in uses the same Firebase account as KITTY AI. The website verifies that identity through the existing KITTY backend before reading your private records. We store an account identifier and verified email alongside the requests and payments you connect. Signed-in requests are connected automatically. Older guest records require their private access link and a matching Google email; they are not automatically collected by email address.

Your account shows website projects, quotes, LISA reservations and linked payment status, plus KITTY AI membership access and expiry. It does not read your app conversations or memories and does not grant Studio access. Account pages are excluded from public Analytics. Firebase keeps its login session for the current browser session, and a local sign-in indicator only adjusts the navigation label. Sign out on shared devices. Contact us to request removal of your account-linked website information; transaction records may need to be retained for payment and refund administration.

LISA preorders

We store your reservation name, contact email, accepted terms, frozen checkout price and verified payment status in the private Studio. Your reservation link can view its status and request a refund before early access is provided; keep it private. We record when access is provided. Preparing a reservation does not subscribe you to marketing or activate LISA. Payment and reservation pages are excluded from our analytics page-view events. Refund requests are reviewed and processed by the team through Razorpay.

Security verification

Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests to our forms, Studio sign-in and assistant when protection is enabled. Your browser communicates with Cloudflare to complete that check, and our server verifies the result before accepting the request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Google Analytics and cookie choices

We ask before loading Google Analytics 4 on public pages. Choose Allow analytics to let us understand visits and useful pages, or Essential only to use the site without analytics. The choice does not affect forms, purchases or account access. You can change it through Cookie choices in the footer.

When enabled, analytics may use cookies and process browser, device and visit information. Our page-view events use public page paths without query strings or fragments. We do not send form values, names, email addresses or message contents as analytics events. Studio and private account pages are excluded. Turning analytics off stops future collection and removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected. Advertising consent and Google signals are disabled in this integration. See Google’s privacy policy.

Optional discount game

The Snake game uses a signed challenge that expires after 20 minutes and a keyed network hash to limit repeated rewards. We store code hashes, offer percentage, expiry and redemption details privately to administer the offer. You do not need to give a name or email to play. To claim a reward, you open our linked social profiles and self-confirm that you follow them. We do not connect to or read your social accounts, independently verify follows, or store your social handles in the reward record. Opening a profile takes you to that platform, whose own privacy policy applies. Hosting and security providers may keep operational logs as described above.

Local browser storage

We remember your analytics preference in local browser storage for up to 180 days. The launch announcement uses session storage to remember that you’ve seen it during your visit. Studio sign-in uses a secure session cookie. These preferences and sign-in controls are separate from analytics.

Removing your information

Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter email to stop those updates. Contact us from the email you used to request removal of an early-list entry or a message. Some project and payment records may need to remain for delivery, accounting or refunds. Provider backups and Gmail copies may persist for their normal retention periods.
